Derek’s Island Discs with Count Skylarkin
Count Skylarkin' shared numerous DJ booths, dancefloors and pints with his friend and mentor, the much missed DJ Derek. Derek's family has left the Count a priceless and precious memento - the entirety of his music collection on MiniDisc. These discs have travelled the country, igniting dancefloors and shebeens for years, filled with reggae, dub, ska, rock & roll, swing, jive and more. Count Skylarkin' will be playing them and talking about the legacy of Derek's life, from 5pm.
We're delighted to welcome Shigeto to Spiritland for a rare UK appearance - across three albums and 4 EPs, he's come to define the sound of his record label Ghostly, crafting atmospheric and moving soundscapes in the space where hiphop meets electronica. Get down early for this Sunday session.

Join us for a night of music, talk and celebration from 6pm.
Guy Williams has a long and glorious pedigree in house music, stretching back to the infamous nights at The Hacienda, Vague in Leeds, Trash in Sheffield and even the legendary TDK Festival here in King's Cross.
