Ian Dewhirst’s Mastercuts Without Boundaries


With 45 years at the sharp end of dance music, and an untouchable heritage in music that stretches back to a residency at the Wigan Casino during the golden age of Northern Soul, Ian is one of the UK’s premier musical authorities, also creating the influential 'Mastercuts' series. Ian explores his collection throughout his monthly residency at Spiritland, touching on pretty much the complete spectrum of black and dance music from 1965 to 1990.

Faze Action's Simon Lee visits Spiritland with a bag of deep gems, touching on all things latin, cosmic, leftfield disco and rounded out with some utterly unclassifiable vibes.

Siofra McComb


Having moved from Rotterdam to London Siofra McComb has expanded her vinyl collection in the best of record stores and graced the decks of some of the city's finer music establishments. With a strong jazz sensibility she selects her tunes with care and consideration, with a penchant for the smooth, the sultry and above all the spiritual uplift of solid sounds.

The legendary producer Youth joins us on a Wednesday night for a trip through his cosmic record bag. With a legacy in record production going from Kate Bush to Pink Floyd, U2 to The Verve, Youth plays dub, ambient, kraut, funk, spiritual jazz and beyond.

Record collector and musical aficionado Dan Bean (bleep43) makes a welcome return to Spiritland with a chilled and eclectic set touching on jazz, soul and dub.

Joe Davis is the man behind Far Out Recordings, London's finest Brazilian record label. Expect the very deepest of grooves from this experienced selector with music from the past, present and future.

York's finest makes a most welcome return to Spiritland for an afternoon of all things warm and lovely.

Mafalda had a triumphant end to 2016 with both a DJ mix and an album in Resident Advisor's top ten round up of the year. Along with Floating Points, she runs one of our favourite labels, Melodies International. Come and hear her sound on Sunday night.

Graham Erickson & Judah


Two selectors of distinction and style bring their unique sound to Spiritland for the first time. Come and hear the deep sounds ringing out of the Spiritland system.



London based South African, Esa Williams is part of a unique breed of talent emerging on the electronic music scene. Drawing influences from his roots but firmly looking towards the future, he embodies a sound without limitations. Esa has developed a distinct yet expansive musical identity and carved out a niche curating electronic music-focused educational programs in Cuba, East Africa and South Africa.

Chuggy & Marion Guillet


Chuggy is the creative force behind no less than four very special and unique labels, Emotional Rescue, Emotional Response, Especial and Sacred Summits. He's joined by the Paris-based DJ and illustrator Marion Guillet for this session.
