Rupert Clervaux is an experimental musician, audio-engineer and writer and DJ, based in London and Mallorca.

He was a founder member of Sian Alice Group (2007-2012) , and since then has collaborated on numerous projects with, amongst others, Beatrice Dillon, Ben Vince, Spring Heel Jack, About Group and the Radiophonic Workshop. Working as his CVX alter-ego, he released the first two instalments of his ‘Zibaldone of CVX’ series in 2017 (on Laura Lies In), and the third in 2018 (on Berceuse Heroique).

May 2019 brought the release of ‘After Masterpieces’ –– his first solo LP, and also the first LP to be released on the influential electronic label Whities. The record is a collection of six poems set to music, and features two collaborations with American experimental artist and singer Anna Homler.

Extensive international touring and live performances in support of these projects have seen Rupert appear at All Tomorrow’s Parties (UK/USA), MONA FOMA in Tasmania, Rewire Festival in The Hague, SXSW, London's Southbank Centre, the Lisson Gallery and Cafe Oto to name a few. His diverse and thematic DJ mixes can be heard on his regular LYL Radio slot, and his mastering credits over the past decade include releases by a wealth of acclaimed experimental, electronic and improvisational artists.

Come and hear music lovingly selected by a unique artist.

Hollick is half of No Bad Days, the label he runs with Gabriel Szatan. The duo share a love of "prettiness, colour and melody" in music. That's what first led them to crystallise their friendship and create their label, party and sometimes radio show all under the same name.

His taste knows no bounds, and his sessions at Spiritland King's Cross are certainly memorable so his Spiritland Royal Festival Hall debut promises to be another great night.

DJ Amir

For the past 13 years DJ Amir has been blessed to tour the world extensively. First as one half of the trailblazing DJ duo Kon and Amir and now as boss to his own label 180 Proof Records.

From an early age, Amir’s ears were filled with the warm and colourful sounds of jazz, gospel, soul, and disco coming from his parents' stereo. As a young man, he made the leap from this soulful home and dove head-first into the world of hip-hop the first chance he got. But instead of the clean break he had anticipated, he discovered so much of his parents' classics sampled in the music of his peers. Intrigued, Amir found himself tracing ties through the music — first with light curiosity, soon, tirelessly. This came to be his passion: to map the sonic lineage of hip-hop.

It was kismet that Amir would meet fellow crate digger and kindred spirit Kon in 1996; instantaneously becoming fast friends and collaborators. Beginning with the esteemed underground On Track mix tape series, Kon & Amir have since released twelve compilations, including three volumes of Off Track, the follow-up to the On Track series. Kon & Amir’s expertise has been sought by Shady Records, Pete Rock, Diamond D, and Capitol Records, to name a few.
