We are delighted to announce a very special Spiritland Talks with two co-founders of Art of Noise, Anne Dudley and J.J. Jeczalik.
The Art of Noise are perhaps the UK’s most influential electronic music group, pushing a distinctive avant-garde pop sound created from a unique blend of synth-pop, classical music, film noir and cutting-edge sampling techniques, taking them from Dadaist studio experimentation to the Top Of The Pops studio.
Anne Dudley and J.J. Jeczalik will be talking to Ian Peel (founder & editor-at-large of Classic Pop magazine) through the creation of their third album ‘In No Sense? Nonsense!’, which is given a 50-track deluxe reissue on 2nd November via Warner Music. They'll also explore the history of the group and their varied collaborations, playing selections on Spiritland's world-class sound system.
Tickets are £30.00 and strictly limited to 60.
Please join us for this extremely rare chance to hear from Anne and J.J. and the music of The Art of Noise in the intimate surroundings of Spiritland.
