Andrew Thomson is the creative force behind the party and label Huntleys + Palmers for the last decade. With a keen curatorial ear via parties between Glasgow and London, he was also behind the programming of a weekly residency at Plastic People (RIP). He runs a few labels (H+P, Highlife, Belters) and has worked closely with the likes of Auntie Flo, SOPHIE, Red Axes, Golden Teacher and many, many more.
He's all about the long sets, playing at Razzmatazz, Le Sucre, The Art School, Sub Club, Berghain Kantine, Ohm, Dimensions festival and as far away as Tokyo's Contact and Dommune. Come and hear him stretch out his musical legs at Spiritland on a Saturday night.

Belfast-born, London based Brian not Brian is one of the distinct voices of the contemporary electronic music scene. With over twenty years digging and working in established London record stores such as Phonica, MVE & Kristina he has become the adventurous selector that he is today, effortlessly moving from jazz to cosmic, boogie to house. James Hillard is one quarter of the globetrotting disco machine known as Horsemeat Disco. From humble origins in Chinatown (HMD, not James) these party-starters lit a fire that burns as brightly today as it did fifteen years ago. James is the last of all four Horsemeat residents to play at Spiritland, and we're delighted to welcome him along for a set that explores into his private musical passions.

Martin is the creative force behind the pioneering club Smashing, guiding hand on over 25 compilations of soundtrack, jazz and lounge obscurities and DJ at private parties at the most happening hotspots in London Town and beyond. His Spiritland sessions are always special so this one not to miss.

The next instalment of Spiritland Talks is a very special night of music and conversation with Hamish Stuart, one of the prime musical forces in funk and soul.
Hamish made his name as a member of Average White Band from 1972 to 1982, before working closely with Aretha Franklin, Chaka Khan and David Sanborn - as well as writing songs for Smokey Robinson, George Benson and Diana Ross. He them joined Paul McCartney’s band for two extensive world tours and studio sessions.
DJ and author Bill Brewster sits down for a rare and intimate night with Hamish at Spiritland, followed by a DJ session until 1am.
Doors at 6pm, talks start at 7.30pm with food and drink served all night.
