Steve Optix has been spinning since ‘93 in the UK and abroad, Currently he's running regular events throughout the summer months under his North Devon Balearic Society banner.

Some of his personal highlights over the last few years include playing at the Sun Deck in Margate, Number 90 in Hackney, the Vortex Jazz Club, Lets Love Life Festival, Lligwy Beach Cafe, guesting on Red Light Radio in Amsterdam, also playing Cafe Belgique whilst there, along with numerous guest slots and working with some fantastic DJs and people.
