Classical Brunch – hosted by Georgia Mann & Rob Winter

01/03/2026 KC

  • Brunch
  • Classical

We're hosting a new series of Sunday brunch sessions at Spiritland exploring the vast world of classical music.

Maybe you like your eggs served with Beethoven’s Egmont Overture? How about Max Richter with a maximum-strength Americano, Purcell with your Pancakes or Brahms with your Bloody Mary?

Georgia Mann and Rob Winter return to Spiritland with a new series: Classical Brunch. They’re soundtracking your Sunday brunch with an eclectic classical mix, which will perfectly complement a specially designed Brunch menu here at Spiritland.

Georgia and Rob provide musical options for the classically curious. Georgia presents BBC Radio 3’s most listened to show, Essential Classics, regularly reaching more than a million people a week. Rob is a sound engineer, mixing everything from the BBC Proms to Paul Weller albums.

Between them Georgia and Rob have worked on BBC Radio 4’s Front Row, engineered coverage of the late Queen’s funeral from Westminster Abbey, presented documentaries about Beethoven’s health and Rachmaninov’s hypnosis, and crucially, mixed the Hey Duggee Christmas single.

The Classical DJ project came into being at Idler Festival, with a classical set in a 17th century orchard, and progressed to Glastonbury where they’ve played three times. They’ve also appeared at Bristol Beacon as part of the Bristol BBC Proms. Come and enjoy brunch while Georgia and Rob play a Classical DJ set and offer insights into the people and places which gave us some of the most enduring music of all time.

The brunch is a ticketed event. Your ticket gets you admission for the session and one brunch dish from the below. Additional food, drinks and service charge will be added on the afternoon.

  • Supper Club

Neil Eakapong aka Bangkok Delivery Boy is a Thai chef rooted in heritage and tradition. He trained at Som Saa in Spitalfields, The Begging Bowl in Peckham, and with Thai culinary masters in Thailand, before running his own small place at Heist Market in St. Leonards-on-Sea, alongside pop-ups, collaborations, and supper clubs.

Neil grew up in his grandmother’s kitchen - peeling garlic, slicing herbs, squeezing coconut milk by hand, in a family obsessed with good food, which shaped his instinct for flavour and technique.

He cooks Thai food with respect for his heritage, focusing on traditional flavours and techniques, making dishes that are deeply Thai and unapologetically so.

Rosie T in the place to be! Having been brought up on soul, folk, funk and reggae in her early years, DJ Rosie-T, aka Timna Rose, has spent her entire adult life, dancing, prancing and forging deep rooted friendships on dancefloors around the world - following the inception of Acid House, Balearic Beats, through the diverse realms of Electronica and beyond. These musical connections evolved and expanded way beyond the backdrop of the clubs, parties, fields and festivals where they were conceived; perhaps inevitably, leading to her unintentional DJ career!

She started sharing her eclectic musical taste with party goers over 15 years ago, as she was repeatedly asked to play at private house parties. Word spread of the diverse, broad spectrum party vibes she created, along with the infectious positive energy she brought to all her gigs and she was soon being booked for many small intimate events and venues throughout London and beyond.

As a foundational member of the infamous G Spot Party crew, with their hedonistic, underground parties leading to regular stages at the Secret Garden Party festival, amongst other one off venues around the UK, her music helped to galvanize a heady mix of multi generational, dedicated recruits; loving the free spirited party vibes they created.

With her deep love for music and an ability to connect with audiences - more recently joining forces with the Brighter Days Family at their sell out residency at NTs loft - DJ Rosie T continues to enchant and energise partygoers wherever she plays.

Gilles Peterson once stated, “Paul Murphy found almost every jazz dance classic". He has several compilations under his belt including Jazz Club Volumes 1 & 2 and two volumes of "The Jazz Room" on BBE. His own Jazz Room record label imprint is up to 40 releases spanning classic Jazz..nu jazz and latin… get involved.
